IMPORTANT NOTICE
A person that was abroad in the period of 14 days prior to the Conference except if he/she has a negative PCR test result taken not more than 48 hours prior to the Conference
ORGANIZATION OF THE CONFERENCE WITH OBLIGATORY MEASURES AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The Conference “The Challenge of Change“ has been planned in accordance with the protection measures during the coronavirus epidemic and according to the protocol of the Croatian Institute of Public Health related to the public events and gatherings.
The Conference will be organized according to the general anti-epidemic rules, recommendations and suggestions of the Croatian Institute of Public Health and the number of participants will be limited.
INVITATION OF PARTICIPANTS
It has been recommended that older persons and patients with chronic disease do not participate in gatherings.
All participants are obliged to give basic personal information during registration and their contact number in order that evidence be created as required by the local Center of Civil Protection.
ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND SITTING RULES
Participants are obliged to enter the Conference Hall and to take their seats the shortest possible way without hanging around and with no grouping with other participants. All seats will be clearly marked and previously allotted while the distance between them will be at least 1.5 m. The number of participants will be limited by the number of seats in the Conference Hall.
EVIDENCE OF PARTICIPANTS
Registration of participants will consist of a form which will have to be filled in and signed by participants who will give their basic data.
The signature of a participant will mean that he/she has checked his/her body temperature and that it is not higher than 37,2 C, that he/she feels well and that he/she has no member of household in self- isolation, that he/she has not been abroad in the period of 14 days prior to the event or if he/she has been abroad that he/she has been tested not earlier than 48 hours prior to the event with the negative
PCR test result, that he/she has not been in contact in the period of 14 days prior to the event with a person positive to SARS-COV2 virus and that he/she has no symptoms like high temperature, cough, breathing difficulty, sore throat, runny nose or loss of smell.
PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
Hotel personnel and organizers of the Conference are obliged to use facial masks. Along with masks, disinfectants will be available all the time throughout the Conference for disinfecting hands.
ARRIVAL TO THE CONFERENCE AND BEHAVIOUR OF PARTICIPANTS
All employees and Conference participants are obliged to check their body temperature as soon as they enter the hotel. The scanner will be provided by the Organizer. If the body temperature is higher than 37,2 C or if a person does not feel well or has some of the disease symptoms (it refers to any of the symptoms, not only breathing symptoms) that person cannot take part at the Conference.
A person cannot take part at the Conference if:
- He/she has a member of his/her household who is in self-isolation
- He/she was abroad in the period of 14 days prior to the Conference except if he/she has a negative PCR test result taken not more than 48 hours prior to the Conference
- He/she has been in contact with a SARS-COVID 2 virus infected person
- He/she has one of the following symptoms: high temperature, cough, breathing difficulty, sore throat or loss of smell
