REGISTRATION PARTICIPANTS 

• The registration fee covers all Conference materials, all meals, and social events
• The registration fee includes VAT
• The registration fee does not include hotel expenses or travel expenses.

REGISTRATION ACCOMPANYING PERSON* An accompanying person is a spouse, friend or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a Conference related occupation or field. A colleague or a person working in a Conference related field or a student in Conference related program may not attend the Conference as an accompanying person.

• The registration fee does not include hotel expenses or travel expenses.

IMPORTANT

• A name badge will be provided on-site. Name badges must be visible and used at all times anywhere within the Congress Venue as they will ensure your entrance to the conference areas.
• Prices in EUR are approximate and are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations.

After your registration to the system, you will have an option for individual or group registration. Group registration is for 2 or more participants

• After the completion of the registration process, you will be able to access your user account for any additional registrations, document retrieval or changes.
