Accommodation

Following your registration please contact us regarding your accommodation at the conference location.
Accommodation is reserved in Le Meridien Lav Hotel, Split:

Room rates:

Single room per day: Kn 996,30 / EUR135
Double room per day / per person: Kn 571,95 / EUR 77,50
City tax is included in the rates.

Conference and social events will take place in "Le Meridien Lav Hotel *****

Accommodation Payment

Total costs of accommodation, including all extras (minibar, telephone, laundry etc.) will be the responsibility of the individual and should be settled directly with the hotel prior to departure.

Room Cancellation Policy

The hotel will charge the guest's credit card for room cancellations as follows:

Cancellation until 60 days prior to arrival: no charges
Cancellation 60-45 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee 25% of total amount
Cancellation 45-30 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee 50% of total amount
Cancellation 30-15 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee 75% of total amount
Cancellation 15-03 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee 90% of total amount
Cancellation 03-01 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee 100% of total amount
No- shows: Cancellation fee: 100 %

Alternatively, a colleague of yours may attend in your place.

Registration Fee

Regular Fee*: 2650 kn / EUR 369
The fee covers all training materials, all meals and all social events.
Registration Fee - Cancellation Policy: Same as Room Cancellation policy!

*After September 7th 2011 - a "late bird" fee of 350 kn / EUR 50 will be added to the Course fee!
