In 1983 Uto Baader became an authorised stockbroker on the Bavarian Stock Exchange in Munich, where he began trading in international equities. Before starting his career as a stockbroker, he was head of the International Equities Trading section at Bayerische Landesbank in Munich, where he worked for 13 years. Four years later, following his initial success in Munich, he was also authorised to trade on the Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg Stock Exchange in Stuttgart. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nUto Baader broadened the scope of his business activities in 1993, working on the flotation of a software firm. This later led to the creation of a separate division specialising in support for corporate actions such as IPOs, capital increases and takeover bids. His work as a broker gained a broader institutional footing in 1996 when Uto Baader founded Baader Wertpapier GmbH. At the same time, he acquired a majority stake in the listed company Ballmaier &amp; Schultz Wertpapier AG in Frankfurt, joining its Executive Board. Since 1982 he was the research assistant, assistant professor, associate professor, and in 2003 he became a full professor. He is an author of around 120 scientific papers and articles. During 90-this he advised Croatian Government on labor-market and pension system reforms. Between 1998 and 2001 he was president of Governing Board of the Croatian Pension Institute. He is President of the Croatian Association for Labour Law and Social Security Law and member of the Executive Committee of the International Society for Labour Law and Social Security Law. From April 2001 to April 2009 he was a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia. Since April 2009 he is a tenured full professor. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nFrom January 26, 2010, he is a member of the National Competitiveness Council. During the academic year 2009\/2010 and 2010\/2011, he was Dean of the Faculty of Law. He graduated in 1988 and received his doctor's degree in 1996, both from the Zagreb Faculty of Economics. He worked as assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb from 1989 to 1997, when he was appointed assistant professor. As a Fulbright fellow he attended doctoral study at the Department of Economics, Michigan State University, USA, in the period between 1994 and 1995. In 1995\/1996 he worked in the European Commission in Brussels, first as a trainee, and then as an external advisor in the Monetary Matters Department. From December 1996 till his appointment as Deputy Governor of the CNB he worked as Director of the CNB Research Department. Boris Vuj\u010di\u0107 was appointed Deputy Governor of the Croatian National Bank on 15 July 2000 pursuant to the decision of the Croatian Parliament. On 13 July 2006, the Croatian Parliament reappointed Deputy Governor Vuj\u010di\u0107 for a second six-year term of office. From 2005 until Croatia's accession to the EU, Mr Vuj\u010di\u0107 was also a Deputy Chief Negotiator in Republic of Croatia's negotiations with the European Union. The Governor is a member of the European Systemic Risk Board's Steering Committee and chairman of the Vienna Initiative 2.0 Steering Committee.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nMr Vuj\u010di\u0107 has been an associate professor at the Zagreb Faculty of Economics since 2003. In 2008, he became the Board Member at the Partner Bank, and in 2011 he returned to the Croatian National Bank where he worked as a Senior Adviser until being appointed President of the Board of Hanfa in February 2018.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nHe has written numerous scientific and expert papers in the field of fiscal policy and finance and he is a lecturer in the area of economics and finance.
