Payment may be done by bank transfer or credit card charge.<\/p>\n<p>Payment by bank transfer should be paid in accordance to date stated on the offer.<\/p>\n<p>All additional costs (minibar, telephone, laundry etc.) are the responsibility of the individual and should be settled directly with the hotel prior to departure.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em>Cancellation Policy<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Accommodation cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accommodation cancellation before September 12<sup>th<\/sup>2016: no charges.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation cancellation from September 12<sup>h<\/sup>2016 until September 25<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a02016: cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation cancellation from September 25<sup>th<\/sup>2016, including early departure, belated arrival or no-show: cancellation fee 100 % of reserved accommodation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Registration fee cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration cancellation before September 8<sup>th<\/sup>2016: no charges.<\/li>\n<li>Registration cancellation from September 8<sup>th<\/sup>2016 until September 25<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a02016: Organizer will refund 80% of the cost of the registration fee minus administrative costs in the amount of \u00a013.38 \u20ac* per participant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any cancellation or changes must be notified in writing to the Organizer in official written notice via letter, fax or e-mail listed in\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800080;\"><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"http:\/\/ifmc-zse.hr\/2015\/details-contacts\/contacts\/\"><strong>Contacts<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Refund will be granted according to the cancellation dates. No refund will be granted after September 25<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a02016 or in case of early departure, late arrival or no-show. It is possible to send a substitute participant by sending written notice till October 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a02016 to the contacts listed in\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800080;\"><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"http:\/\/ifmc-zse.hr\/2015\/details-contacts\/contacts\/\"><strong>Contacts<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, with the consent of the Organizer.<\/p>\n<p>If no payment has been received by October 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a02016, participation in the Conference will not be possible.
