He was in charge of setting up a treasury department on the Group level. Over a 5 year period he worked with PLIVA, he led and participated in a number of major and novel transactions (international acquisitions, financing through\u00a0 ECPs, EMTNs, asset backed loans) that were important for PLIVA\u2019s growth and transformation into a global pharmaceutical corporation. In 2003 Mr Koruni\u0107 joined InterCapital as a founding partner and managing director.
