In addition to other projects, he was also a lead project manager of the public offer of Reinsurance company Sava Re\u2019s; debt to equity of Gorenje; capital increase of the third largest state-owned bank Abanka; and a number of sell and buy M&amp;A projects.<\/p>\n<p>He started his career in capital markets on Ljubljana Stock Exchange, where he was a head of the development and marketing department and was in charge of the securities promotion and new products placement on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Before he joined ALTA Skupina in November 2012, he was self-employed in the company, specialized for investors\u2019 relations, called Masset Consulting, where he advised practically to all the most distinguished members on Ljubljana Stock Exchange: Gorenje, Luka Koper, Intereuropa, Zavarovalnica Triglav, Telekom Slovenije, Mercator, Sava RE and others. There he established strong connections with local and international investors\u2019 network. He also advised to Vienna Stock Exchange regarding the South East European markets and was in charge of the IR part of the corporate projects: Unior, Datalab (Listing of New Shares), public offer of new shares (Sava RE) and M&amp;A transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Mastnak holds MsC from Universtiy in Maribor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALTA Skupina d.d.
